Only online forms will be accepted for admission.
Kindly ensure that the information filled in should be correct and as per the birth certificate of the child.
Please review the form before submission. No changes can be made after submission.
Forms with complete and correct information only will be accepted.
The Management shall call the parents for a direct interaction before admitting a student
Filling up the application form does not necessarily guarantee admission.
Applied candidates will get a call from the office.
The Management does not encourage any telephonic call admission.
During the admission process the parent has to provide original documents along with the admission form
The following documents are needed to be uploaded :
- 1. A copy of Municipal/ Panchayat Birth certificate
- 2. Proof of change of name if any (Complete copy of the gazette)
- 3. Recent photograph of the child
- 4. Copy of Aadhar card of the child and valid photo ID proof of parent
- 5. Residential Proof (electricity bill/ house registration/ telephone bill)
- 6. B2 size photo of both the Parents along with the child
